        Advantage Networking can provide space for your offsite data storage needs. Often it is a security requirement to have an offsite backup of your data.         Virtual Server Backups (Down State)<\/strong><\/h2>

        Advantage Networking can also provide storage services for your Virtual Servers. We provide the license as well as the service to synchronize your backed up Virtual Server files to our data center location. Backups are verified and reports are sent to you at every scheduled backup. Retension polices are custom designed for your organization based on your specific needs.<\/p>

        Resource Reservations<\/strong><\/h2>

        Advantage Networking will store your backed up Virtual Servers in a down state however we can provide Resource Reservations. In the event of a disaster that prevents servers from functioning in your offices we can have the resources on standby in order to bring your servers online in our environment and provide access for your users. This provides Business Continuity on a core system level.<\/p>

        Virtual Server with Live Replication<\/strong><\/h2>

        Advantage Networking can Host replicated live versions of your servers for the ultimate disaster recovery. Not only does this give you the benefit of an offsite backup it provides a live duplication of your core server environment that can be accessed at a moments notice if a disaster occurs without warning. During Standard Working Hours calls will be answered immediately or returned within a few minutes depending on call volume. Support can also be requested via email and web portal. During weekend and non Standard Working Hours, phone call response time for any incident will be within thirty (30) minutes to determine status of a Service Request. During weekend and off hours, on-site response time for any incident that has been identified as requiring on-site support can be as quick as one (1) hour.<\/p>

        Project Management:<\/strong><\/h2>

        Advantage Networking will provide a project manager who will serve as a single point of contact between Advantage Networking and your organization for status reporting, problem escalation and issue resolution. The Advantage Networking project manager will manage multiple accounts and will not be dedicated to Client on a full-time basis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Client Support:<\/strong><\/h2>

        Advantage Networking can staff your organization with a full time Network Administrator that will provide daily network support during standard working hours. Outside standard working hours, you organization can report any and all problems, issues, errors, difficulties and questions (each an \u201cIncident\u201d) by contacting the Advantage Networking Client Support Staff (\u201cANCSS\u201d) or the assigned on-site Advantage Networking representative. The Advantage Networking Staff is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 52 weeks per year.<\/p>

        Server Setup and Administration:<\/strong><\/h2>

        Advantage Networking can be responsible for the setup, configuration and management of Network Servers that will be accessed on your network. These responsibilities only include support for Server, Network Operating System, and anti-virus software updates. All other software support will be supplied by the software manufacturer or third party vendor.<\/p>

        Network Infrastructure Administration:<\/strong><\/h2>
